CECA performed all third-party inspections for this pedestrian friendly open-air mall project. Tanger Outlets features 340,000 square feet of GLA and represents a private investment of almost $100 million dollars. It is one of the largest economic development projects in the County. The center’s unique features include a modern design with both covered and uncovered landscaped courtyards and park-like settings throughout the complex.
