MEP Commissioning is a collaborative process of planning, documenting, scheduling, performance testing, adjusting, verifying, and training operational end users, in order to provide a facility that operates as a fully functional system per the Owner’s Project Requirements.

Commissioning activities can entail all phases of the project from the basic and detailed design, procurement, construction and assembly until the final handover to the owner. The commissioning process may be applied to new projects as well as existing systems subject to expansion, or renovation.
