Design Services to repurpose an existing office building into the 2 story Department of Motor Vehicles location in Washington, D.C. CECA performed Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire and Structural design for the landlord and DMV tenant space. The project includes a new storefront, redesigned parking lot, and interior conversion of an automobile body shop and offices into consolidated space. CECA lead the way on all programming, schematic and design development, permitting and construction administration including reviewing RFIs and Submittals.
