CECA performed all third-party inspections for landlord and tenant scopes at The Shops at the Oxford. This project involved 16,000 SF of new retail construction located in 2 separate buildings. The site is located adjacent to the Oxford Apartments in Oxon Hill, MD. Pedestrian connections to the residential building and an outdoor plaza allows for the start of a walkable neighborhood in a fairly suburban area.
