CECA was the MEP Designer of Record, Commissioning Agent and Construction Management Services for the construction of a new 18,000 SF mixed use, LEED Gold certified, community center located in Washington, D.C. This project won an award for “Government/Public Building Best Project” in an annual ENR MidAtlantic contest.
