CECA provided Third Party Inspections Services for Avocet Tower, a new mixed-use, transit-oriented development comprising nearly 400,000 gsf of Class-A office space, a 220-key hotel, and above- and below-grade parking. One of Downtown Bethesda’s most anticipated developments, the trophy office and hotel project capitalizes on the new Sector Plan, including the right to develop up to 250 feet in height, to create a timeless and elegant design that will transform the Bethesda skyline while enhancing this prominent urban site.
