CECA performed all third-party inspections for the development of this LEED Certified seven-story, 156 room hotel located in the heart of National Harbor. This was the first Hyatt-branded property in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The property features 1,700+ sq. ft of meeting space, a fitness center, business center, bar and restaurant with outdoor seating.
