CECA performed all third-party inspections and provide quality control oversite for the development of Woodlands at Reid Temple. This senior living community is located in Glenn Dale, Maryland not too far from downtown Washington, DC. The community consists of 252 apartment units spread across two mid-rise residential buildings each with its own community space and common area amenities, a clubhouse and management and maintenance facilities.
