CECA provided MEP engineering design services for the renovation of the 30,000 square foot Total Health Care Clinic located in downtown Baltimore, MD. The facility features a state-of-the-art pharmacy, high end waiting and intake areas with self-check-in kiosks, new nursing stations, and an all new pediatric reception and waiting area. As part of our work CECA provided preliminary building code and zoning compliance, performed site visits, provided design for interior renovation, utility and equipment upgrades, and developed permit/ construction documents including, but not limited to, Electrical power and lighting floor plans, riser diagrams, details, and load calculations as required.
