CECA served as the Constructability Review & Commissioning Agent for the construction of a new library and senior activity center in St. Mary’s County, MD for Commissioners of St. Mary’s County (CSMC). The 29,730 SF library and senior center include meeting rooms, a classroom and a vending café, lounges, a commercial kitchen, arts, fitness spaces and outdoor rec facilities.
